Your order is confirmed and sent to our print partner immediately. You’ll receive an email receipt within minutes.

Printed to Order

Every item is printed on demand — nothing sits on a shelf. Your design is loaded, garments are picked, and the press starts rolling. Quality is checked by hand before it ships.

2–5 business days

Packed & Quality Checked

Once printed, each piece is folded, bagged, and double-checked for print alignment, color accuracy, and garment integrity.

Same day as print

Shipped

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package hits the carrier. We use reliable couriers for domestic and international delivery.

1–2 business days after print

Common questions

Why does it take a few days to print?

Because every item is made only after you order it. We don’t keep stock in a warehouse — your design is printed fresh, which eliminates waste and lets us offer every size and color without running out.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders enter production quickly. You have a 2-hour window after checkout to request changes or cancellation by emailing hello@muleycartel.com. After that, the order is locked in and prints.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. Standard shipping supports PO boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Expedited options may require a physical street address.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at hello@muleycartel.com. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and reprint / reship at no cost.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties depending on your country. These are charged by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
